Privacy

Everything you record about your child — education, SEND, health and family information — is treated as highly sensitive. We ask for as little as possible to make the platform useful.
What we hold
Your account details, the children you add, and the records you choose to create. Files you upload are stored privately and are not publicly reachable.
Sharing
Nothing is shared unless you create a share yourself. Shares are view-only by default, can be given an expiry date, and can be revoked at any time. Parent-only notes are not included by default.
Your controls
You can export your data and permanently delete your account and its records from your account settings.
AI
Your family's information is not used to train AI models.
